Busola Ajibola

Busola Ajibola is a trained philosopher and an advocate of women and girls right on social justice, equality, and on the elimination of violence. Aside from
her brief experience working as a banker,
she has gathered over six years teaching Philosophy of Science, Social Philosophy, and Citizenship
Education in one of the tertiary institutions in Ogun-State, Nigeria.
Busola currently works as Program Officer at The Akin Fadeyi Foundation, leading its education
capacity building and poverty alleviation projects. She had previously worked as Associate Program
Officer at The Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism.
Her professional skills cut through research, youth development, monitoring and evaluation and
critical thinking.
She holds a Diploma in Law and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Ado Ekiti,
and earned her master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Ibadan.
