Obialunanma Nnaobi has over nine years of experience in strategy, research and advocacy. Her core competences include public policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and change management. As Head of Programmes at Akin Fadeyi Foundation, she oversees the design, development and implementation of inclusive and sustainable programmes that respond to AFF’s focus areas. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked at Preston Consults – a development consulting firm and policy think-tank, where she successfully delivered on projects for clients including DFID, NEPAD, PTAD, OGP Nigeria, Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) among others. Obialunanma is a member of Nigeria’s Open Government Partnership technical committees on monitoring and evaluation and fiscal transparency. She is passionate about advocating for a multi-stakeholder approach to Nigeria’s anti-corruption campaign by improving openness, transparency and accountability in government processes.
Ms Nnaobi holds a Master in International Business Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a B.Sc in Accountancy from University of Nigeria. She is a Fellow of President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and an alumna of The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
