The Akin Fadeyi Foundation (AFF) is a communication for change centre (Nonprofit), focused on human rights and sustainable political, socio-economic, and environmental transformation. Since 2016, we have been a leader in designing, implementing, and evaluating powerful and innovative programs and products that promote sustainable development.

Oluwatomi (Head of Programs)
Oluwatomi is a development practitioner with over ten years’ worth of experience working on issues of human rights and accountability across seven African countries. Her work over the years has revolved around pursuing states’ compliance with international human rights instruments; promoting gender equality; advocating for an end to all forms of violence against women; as well as fostering leadership and political empowerment.

Ernest (Finance & Acc. Manager)
Ernest is an Accounting professional with excellent technical, analytical and ICT skills. He has experience setting up management and accounting ERP programmes like SQL-Ledger cloud-based accounting, Sage 50 and Tally, and is also competent with the use of various management and statistical tools.

Through a system-based approach that engages with knotty social issues, AFF positions itself as a solutions provider, analyzing complex public challenges and concerns, to which innovative and futuristic solutions are proffered.
